IRISH WOLFHOUNDS

Fall 2009 saw our wheaten bitch Hawkhaven Cian Blodwen Bran finish her Canadian championship. We are proud of Bran and thank Glynn and Sue Humphreys of Hawkhaven Irish Wolfhounds in Delburne, AB for selling her to us. We are hoping for a late spring 2011 litter by the late ch. Fleetwind Magnum.

Our 38 inch 5 year old male Lonerock Finn (finnegan) was not campaigned in the show ring. A broken arm as a puppy and a potential genetic heart issue that may run in his family line contributed to this. We decided early on to not let him breed as we feel it is important to look after the best interest of the Irish Wolfhound breed and not pass on a potential problem to the next generation.
